I am Marvin S. McCoy, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resource Services, Wayne County Public Schools. On behalf of the Human Resource Services Department, I want to welcome you to our department's webpage. Our staff works diligently to ensure employees have a successful career in a school system and community that they would be proud to call home.
Our school system employs over 3,100 people annually, making us the second largest employer in Wayne County. Our employees range from teachers and administrators, to technology specialists, media coordinators, maintenance and operation personnel, child nutritionists, bus drivers and transportation personnel, cafeteria workers, and custodians.
