Distributive Education Clubs of America
Rosewood High Chapter
DECA is an association of marketing students that promotes community involvement, leadership, and marketing competitive events.
Recently, we had three participants to compete at DECA's State Career Development Conference.
Jen won 4th place in her event!  Congratulations!

What do we do in DECA?
  • Participate in the fair booth competition (we placed 2nd this year!)
  • Participate in community service activities - canned food drive, salvation army fill-a-stocking, visit local nursing homes.
  • Fundraiser - Eagles Style 09 Fashion Show & Dinner
  • Field Trips - Mike's Farm for our Holiday Social
  • Competitions - local competition @ MOC, state competition in Greensboro, International competition in Kentucky.

How Do I Join DECA?
-Take or have taken a marketing class.
-Pay your dues of $20.00 (Make Checks Payable to RHS)
-See Ms. Barwick for more information today!
