Make sure you have an updated physical form on file.  
 EVERY parent and athlete MUST complete the new concussion form as mandated by North Carolina law as outlined here:  http://gfellerwallerlaw.unc.edu/GfellerWallerLaw/gwlaw.html

EVERY athlete must have a physical on file with Coach Britt before they may participate in any sport.  Physicals are good for 365 days and you must renew your physical if it expires during your current sport season.  Example: If you had a physical for Middle School Football last year on August 25, it is good until August 25th this year, but You must get a copy to Coach Britt AND renew the physical on or before that date.
