Feb. 23 - Curriculum Fair, 5-7pm in the new Gym.  Current students, middle school students and parents can learn more about classes, sports, and clubs offered at EWHS.

Feb. 25 - Deadline to see Ms. Hennessy for application to the State Employees' Credit Union's 8th annual High School Senior Day workshop for four college-bound seniors to spend the morning covering financial planning, goal setting, personal growth, credit reports and identity theft.  

Feb. 29 - Winter Sports Awards, 6:30pm in the Cafeteria.

March 1 - Deadline to submit 2-paragraph essay to Mrs. Coates to attend free summer day camp sponsored by Wayne Memorial Hospital to help high school students learn about health careers.

March 6 - All Juniors will have the privilege of taking the ACT.  This is their opportunity to take this College Admissions Test FREE (saving $49.50) - as opposed to taking that "other" college admissions test that also costs $49.  This administration is college and NCAA Clearinghouse reportable - just as if students were paying.  The results will provide extensive information about each student's academic strengths and weaknesses as well as matching student's with careers fields.  For more info, see Ms. Dugan in Student Services.

Mar. 15 - Student/Faculty Basketball Game

Mar 21 - Youth and Government Day.  

Homeroom teachers will be collecting their "red tag" debt each week in home room.  All debts must be cleared in order to buy a prom ticket.  Prom tickets will be on sale Feb 27- Mar 2 for $25.  They will be on sale again April 2-6 for $35.
