It is hard to believe that summer is almost over. We are about to embark upon another great school year. We have much about which to be excited at MOMS. We made high growth last year and, as a result, we are labeled a School of Progress! Congratulations staff and students at MOMS! What an accomplishment! Our staff and students worked very hard last year and the hard work paid off.
We look forward to an even greater 2011-2012 school year as we “Cross the Line” to even greater successes. We are committed to providing our students with the best education possible through commitment, hard work, focus, and resilience. It is going to be another great year at MOMS!
As we look forward to the upcoming school year, we ask that parents commit to being involved in the education of their children by participating in activities sponsored by the school, staying in touch with teachers, visiting classrooms, and being involved in homework whenever possible. It takes us all working together to make our children successful. Please know that you are always welcome at MOMS and we encourage your active participation in the education process.
Again this year, we will be making a special effort to stay in touch with parents. Our plan is to keep parents informed of their student’s progress and school activities and to form positive working relationships with parents to ensure student success. Parents and teachers working together produce successful children. Please expect and be receptive to communication from teachers as we strive to involve our parents in the education of their children.
Let us all commit to “Cross the Line” into greatness by working together to provide our students with the best education possible.
Sincerely,
Tammy C. Keel
