     I am in my 8th year as principal at Norwayne Middle School.  I grew up and graduated high school at Southern Regional High School in New Jersey.  I received my undergraduate and masters degree from East Carolina University.  I went through the masters administration program at ECU as a Principal Fellow for the state of North Carolina.  I have two beautiful children.  Cade is 12 years old and Mackenzie is 9 years old.  I am married to Kristy Re who is a dental assistant at Dr. Denton's office in Lagrange.    
   My administrative philosophy consists of structure, fairness, consistency, high time on task in the classroom, and discipline.  I pride myself on keeping students and staff safe at Norwayne Middle School.  I believe that a large staff presence will help reduce any opportunity for problems on the campus.
