Military Child Education

Wayne County Public Schools is happy to have your family in our school system. We take pride in serving our military families and have a system-wide plan in place to address issues specific to military families. To ensure that WCPS remains the most military-friendly, we have a staff member dedicated to our military community. In this role, the military liaison counselor serves as a consultant, coordinator, and liaison to all schools in the system.

Attention:
On September 11, 2017, the Wayne County Board of Education voted to place a moratorium on all student transfers, including those to schools with the space to receive new students.

You may complete the military family form in preparation of your upcoming PCS: Military Family form.
