How to Renew Your Teacher’s License
1. Register
and Login to the NCDPI online licensure system.

(If you have already registered and
created an account, do not create another.)
2. Select
Action Required (Renew License).
3. Review
information and update any contact information.
4. Answer
the two questions under Statement of Applicant.
5. Upload
and Attach CEU Documentation. (Contact
WCPS for CEU Report, if needed)
Retirees are urged to keep CEU documentation post retirement. The
CEU report provided to the individual from previous LEA PLUS any other documentation accrued after retirement is
uploaded to NCDPI as their CEU Documentation.
6. Review information under Renew License – Attestation page.
7. Pay
$35.00 licensure fee via credit card using the online licensure system.
