A Letter from the Principal

Dear Wee Warrior Family,

Hello and welcome to the 2020-2021 School Year! School Opening this year has been different for everyone. Thank you for your patience as we continue to plan for the new normal. Your child’s safety and well-being are our utmost importance. During this season of the Coronavirus, we need your support as we adhere to CDC and Health guidelines. All staff and students are required to wear a mask and social distance while on campus. Our teachers and staff will be working hard to ensure that quality teaching and learning are taking place whether virtually or face to face. With each new demand, we must work together as a school community to provide an environment of student success!

I encourage all of our parents to stay connected and involved in any way that you can! While your child is home working on-line, please make sure you reach out to their child’s teacher if you have any questions or concerns.  Parents, to stay up to date with the happenings at Eastern Wayne, I encourage you to check out the following:

  • This webpage!-We regularly update our page and calendar to reflect the latest Warrior news

  • PowerSchoolPlease make sure your email and cell numbers are accurate in our PowerSchool files.

  • Weekly School Communication FolderThis will be sent home every week with important school information. Please make sure all necessary documents are signed and returned.
