It is my honor to serve as the principal of Dillard Middle School, where we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and academically enriching environment in which every student can learn, grow, and thrive. At Dillard, we believe that every student has the potential to achieve greatness, and it is our responsibility to provide the opportunities, resources, and encouragement necessary to make that potential a reality.

Our focus is on academic excellence, positive relationships, personal growth, and preparing students for success in high school and beyond. We are dedicated to closing opportunity gaps, strengthening instructional practices, and ensuring that every student receives the support and challenge needed to reach their fullest potential. We recognize that meaningful progress requires high expectations, intentional instruction, accountability, and a strong partnership between our school, families, and community.

I believe that education is a shared responsibility. When teachers, families, students, and community partners work together, we create a powerful foundation for student success. I encourage our families to remain engaged, communicate with our staff, and take an active role in their child's educational journey. Together, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.
