Dear Wayne County Public Schools Parent/Guardian:

In prior years, Individual Student Reports (ISRs) have been provided to you on paper each time your child has completed a North Carolina state assessment. These reports provide information on how your child performed on assessments such as End-of-Grade, End-of-Course, College and Career Readiness Alternate Assessment, NC Check-Ins, Beginning-of-Grade 3 Reading, NC EXTEND1, and Read to Achieve.

Directions for accessing your child’s ISRs and additional information will be posted at a later time. The platform is now Infinitive Campus.
