Getting Started with athletics at Greenwood Middle:

  Who can play?

1. Students who are in the 6th, 7th and 8th grades (exception:  7th and 8th grades only for football)

2. Students who have passed the required number of classes the previous semester (Fall/Winter sports:  Spring semester prior school year, Winter/Spring sports, fall semester current year)

3. Students who have not exceeded the maximum number of allowable absences (13.5 days)

4. Students who have a current sports physical on file with the school and on the NCHSAA sports form. (Click here to print physical form in English) (Click here for Spanish)

5. Students who are registered in Final Forms and whose parents and students have signed all required forms and are in the "GREEN".  (Directions are located below)

Welcome to T-Bird Athletics

Fall sports (Football 7th & 8th Graders ONLY), Volleyball and Boy's Soccer) will be starting soon. Please be sure you have an up to date NCHSAA sports physical and are registered in Final Forms.

Final Forms Registration

All athletes and their parents are required to be registered in Final Forms before trying out for any sports teams at Greenwood Middle. To register, parents need to follow this link: Final Forms registration

*When you get to the site, click on "New Account" under "Parent" and follow the directions given.

*Once a parent/guardian has an account, they need to set up their student's account. This can be done by clicking "Add Student" in the upper right corner.

*Students MUST use their wcpsstudent.org email account only. Student emails that are not WCPS accounts will be deleted.

*Once student AND Parent have their accounts set up, then please complete ALL required forms and view all required videos.

*When all forms have been signed by parents AND students and a current NCHSAA physical is on file in Final Forms, the athlete will be cleared to participate.
