Dear Wayne County Public Schools Parent/Guardian:
In prior years, Individual Student Reports (ISRs) have been provided to you on paper each time your child has completed a North Carolina state assessment. These reports provide information on how your child performed on assessments such as End-of-Grade, End-of-Course, College and Career Readiness Alternate Assessment, NC Check-Ins, Beginning-of-Grade 3 Reading, NC EXTEND1, and Read to Achieve. Since early 2022, these reports have also been available to you through your PowerSchool Parent Portal. ISRs will be available in the PowerSchool Parent Portal for two years. After two years, the ISRs will be removed from the Parent Portal the following July. ISRs will no longer be printed and sent home for all students, but will be provided upon request.
