At Mount Olive Middle School, “Lead the Charge” is more than a theme—it is our commitment for the entire school year.

Over the past several years, our school has exceeded academic growth expectations, and we are proud of the progress our students and staff have made. This year, we will build on that momentum by continuing to challenge every student to grow, achieve, and reach their highest potential.

I am excited about the possibilities ahead and the opportunity to continue strengthening our culture of achievement, growth, and excellence. As Chargers, we will embrace challenges, celebrate progress, and keep moving forward—together.

I am Joshua Hardison, your Assistant Principal, and I am excited to welcome you to a new school year. As a proud East Carolina University graduate—where I earned both my Teaching degree and Master’s degree—my passion has always been helping students discover their strengths and achieve their goals.

I am honored to stand alongside Mr. Cromartie to "Lead the Charge" this year. Mount Olive Middle School's history of exceeding academic growth shows the incredible strength of our community.
