Mrs. Holland is a very passionate educator and is eager to work with all stakeholders to work toward continuous school improvement at Northeast Elementary. She is a Wayne County native and attended Wayne County Public Schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. She began her career here in Wayne County in 2001. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education from UNC-Wilmington and a Master of Arts in Elementary Education from East Carolina University. She also maintains a School Administration licensure from East Carolina University. She has served as Assistant Principal of Charles B. Aycock High School and has served as the Principal of Eastern Wayne Elementary, Fremont Elementary, Grantham Elementary, and now Northeast Elementary. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge with over 15 years of leadership experience.
