Title 1 Information for Stakeholders
Rosewood Elementary's Title 1 Program
As a school designated to receive federal Title 1 funds the following are in place to meet the needs of all students at Rosewood Elementary:
Title 1 services are school-wide serving all students with supplemental resources for students paid for by federal funds (instructional materials, tutors, curriculum etc.)
Employs additional staff needed to meet the needs of all students paid for by federal funds (full-time teacher, instructional assistants, tutors, etc.)
Develop School-Parent Compacts to inform stakeholders of grade level expectations for students and parents, at home and at school with ways to support your child at home
Supply and maintain a Parent Resource Library in the Media Center to support parents/guardians better support their child at home
Distribute a Parents Right to Know Statement to inform all stakeholders
Develop a Parent and Family Engagement Policy to inform all stakeholders
Post information on the school website relevant to school performance and documents given at the beginning of the school year
Parent engagement events (monthly) announced and geared towards engaging parents and students with school staff academically and socially
Facilitate opportunities for parents/guardians to be involved in an Parent Advisory Council
