Physical Education

Welcome to Physical Education

Welcome to Meadow Lane Elementary Physical Education and Health Education Website! Everyday we strive to get students excited about MOVING!
Students have two 55 minute PE classes per week for all greade levels. Health class is 30 per week for all classes.  Athletic shoes are required for safe participation . Students are encouraged to bring water bottles to class because our gym does not have a water fountain.
All students will fill out a health form at the beginning of the year to provide us with any pertinent information  that could affect their performance in PE. Students also were required to complete permission forms to allow participation in our horizontal rock wall.
Our Physical Education and Health teachers love what they do and encourage you to contact us with any concerns or questions. Email or Class Dojo works best.
Mr. Stanley has been a PE and Health Teacher for 31years.  He taught Drivers Education for 26 years. He and his wife Jeri have two daughters and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Kornegay has been a PE and Health Teacher for 23 years. She and her husband, Jeffrey have two children.
Ms. Rose is a first year teacher with a bright future. She adds youth and energy to the program.
