This upcoming school year, all 6th and 7th graders have the amazing opportunity to join our wonderful band program! If your child is currently in 5th or 6th grade and is interested in joining your SCMS beginning band for the 2021-2022 school year, please fill out this survey below:

Band Sign-Up

This survey is to provide me with contact information and what instruments your child may be interested in. For reference, there are seven instruments to choose from:
Flute, Saxophone, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone, and Percussion.

In the survey, I ask that you pick your top three. Thank you so much for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you all!

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at [email protected] or message me using class dojo.
