Assistant Principal

Shaconda Ford

I am excited to begin this school year as Assistant Principal at Brogden Middle School. I have spent the past 16 years serving students, families, and educators in Wayne County Public Schools. Throughout my educational career, I have served as an instructional assistant, classroom teacher, curriculum coach, and school administrator. These experiences have given me a strong understanding of the many roles that contribute to student success and have shaped my passion for supporting both students and teachers.

I am incredibly honored to be joining the Brogden Middle School family this year. I look forward to building relationships with students, staff, and families and working together to create a positive, supportive school environment where every student feels valued and has the opportunity to succeed. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the Brogden Middle School community and excited for all that we will accomplish together this year.
