Wayne County Public Schools is excited to welcome our newest learners! Kindergarten Registration for the 2026–2027 school year is just around the corner. Enrollment packet drop-off dates are March 9–12, 2026, with on-site registration taking place on March 13, 2026, from 7:30 AM–2:30 PM. Children must be 5 years old on or before August 31, 2026, to register.
Families will need to bring a certified birth certificate, current immunization record, two proofs of residency, and valid identification. As a special treat, the first 10 families will receive a copy of Oh, the Places You’ll Go! along with instructions for turning it into a graduation keepsake. We can’t wait to see all the places our future students will go and the ways they’ll grow!
