-All students attending the prom must attend school at least half of the day on Friday.
*If you are a Senior and you have late in, stop by guidance so that we can work out your schedule for the day of Prom.
-Students wishing to check out must present a parent note to the front office. You can turn in notes beginning Monday April 20th. We will take notes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We will not take notes or phone calls on Friday.
-Notes should have your first and last name (like it is in Infinite Campus) and your parents name and phone number so we can call to verify.
- ONLY IF YOU HAVE TURNED IN A NOTE – When the bell rings at 10:45 on Friday you will report to the front lobby where you will be checked out and given a pass to leave school.
-If you are a car rider, your parent DOES NOT need to enter the building to check you out, your parent note and pass will allow you to walk out the front door to leave.
-During check out time on Friday, the office staff will work to quickly get you out of the building, we will not take calls from parents during this time for you to leave.
PLAN AHEAD AND TURN IN YOUR NOTES BEFORE FRIDAY MORNING.
-Students who have a 2nd block class and then have early out for 3rd & 4th block, will need to go to the lobby to get a pass to leave on prom day.
We have the roster of those students and will add the names to the early check out list.
This applies to all students who normally leave at that time whether you are going to the prom or not.
NOTES ABOUT TICKETS: There have been several questions about tickets, so we want to make sure everyone is clear on prom tickets.
A prom ticket is for 1 person--not for a couple. Each person who enters the prom must have a ticket/be on the guest list. If you happen to lose your ticket, your name will be on the guest list.
You cannot give your prom ticket to anyone else. Tickets are only sold to juniors/seniors who have paid all fees (and guests who have paid fees). Those student's names are then put on the guest list.
Each junior and senior attending the prom (who has purchased a ticket), may purchase ONE ticket for a guest. If you are not attending prom, you cannot purchase a ticket for a guest. If you have already purchased a ticket for someone, you cannot purchase another one.
The price will be $50 Monday-Thursday April 20th – 23rd.
We will NOT sell tickets Friday April 24th. Please plan accordingly.
All out-of-school guest forms are due by Monday April 20th! They will not be accepted after Monday.
