Our kindergarten students had a wonderful day at the Wayne County Agricultural Fair! The field trip was filled with hands-on learning, exciting discoveries, and plenty of fun with classmates, teachers, and parents.
Students got an up-close look at farm animals, including goats, chickens, cows, donkeys, and horses. They also had the opportunity to meet a genuine beekeeper, learn about bees, and see the important work of beekeepers firsthand. Students enjoyed viewing prize-winning artwork, including paintings, drawings, glasswork, and antiques.
The fun continued with a hay ride, Smokey Bear, a smoke-breathing dragon, and an entertaining magic show where some of our students even got to participate!
It was a wonderful day of learning beyond the classroom, and our kindergarten Tigers made memories they will not soon forget. A big thank-you to our teachers and parents for helping make this special field trip such a great experience for our students!
