Students and staff at Tommy's Road Elementary celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month yesterday with a vibrant parade organized by school music teacher Mrs. Ashley Faulk and ESL teacher Ms. Yanet Cast.
Students in grades K through 5 participated in the event, marching through the school hallways as traditional and lively Hispanic music filled the air. Classes lined the hallways to cheer, wave, and listen as the procession passed by, creating an energetic and inclusive atmosphere for the entire school community. Yesterday's parade offered students a joyful way to learn about and honor Hispanic culture and traditions together.
