It's more than just a Christmas tree! It's a tree full of ornaments made by our very own Golden Falcons!!
One of the owners of The Vail House on Spence Ave is Mrs. Tammy Vail. Mrs. Vail spent 30 years in the classroom teaching entrepreneurship and marketing to students at Charles B. Aycock HIgh School.
A few weeks ago she had the opportunity to return to CBA to teach students how to start a small business. Using oyster shells from Vailhouse students learned how to repurpose them into a product that now adorns our beautiful tree.
Mrs. Vail entered the tree into the Tour of Trees competition and if the tree wins the money received will go back to the students at Charles B. Aycock High School DECA.
We need you to help us achieve this goal and vote for tree #25. The children are our future and the money we win will help them to continue learning through projects and competitions.
