Congratulations to Indoor Track Shot-Put Athletes Seth Cowan and Alonna Frederick!!
Seth finished 3rd in the state with a throw of 54 feet 1 in ( a new personal best).
Alonna finished 2nd in the state with a throw of 36feet 8 inches.
The 5A state division is very competitive, so this is an outstanding finish to the Indoor season.
