CBA DECA had very successful results at the 2026 NC DECA State Competition. We had 21 students place in the top 10 of their event to qualify for the International Competition.
In the Project Management Business Solutions Project Addison Artis and Casey Lewis placed second, and Madeline Thomas and Adley Cummings were finalists.
In the Project Management Career Development Project Abbie Abrams, Kannyn Fail and Kate Horton placed first, and Jaidyn Anderson and Sophie Lester Veal placed second.
In the Project Management Community Giving Project Harper Wall, Peyton Edge and Kalli Tillman were finalists.
In the Project Management Financial Literacy Project Nolan Jarman, Leah Gray Frederick, and Allyssa Derksen were finalists.
In the Project Management Sales Project Weston Pittman, Tatiana D’Amico, and Zahnylia Darden placed third, and Lexie Valdiviezo, Parker Morton, and Selena Pham placed fourth.
We are very proud of these students and look forward to seeing them compete in Atlanta at the International level!
