Next week, our PTA will be hosting their annual Santa Shop! Students get to shop for family and friends and bring home wrapped presents to put under the tree! Santa Shop runs from Monday 12/8 - to Friday 12/12. Contact your child's teacher for their shopping day/time!

Great job to Mrs. Artis’ fourth grade class on their North Carolina Sweet Potato Projects! North Carolina is one of the nation’s top sweet potato producers, and this project celebrated our state’s history and creativity. Students chose a famous North Carolinian, dressed up a sweet potato to represent that person, and designed a matching shadow box. Their creativity and effort were outstanding—wonderful work, fourth graders! Thank you families for your continued support in our Dragons' learning!

STEM Night was a wonderful success! 🔍🔬💡🧩 Despite the rainy weather, our school was filled with excitement, curiosity, and laughter as students and families explored hands-on activities! We were thrilled to see so many smiling faces and enthusiastic learners! A heartfelt thank-you goes out to all the families who braved the rain to join us — your support and participation helped make the evening truly special! Thank you to the WCPS STEM Camp representatives, our WCPS Education Technology Specialist for running the flight simulator and to the 4H program for joining us last night!
