Important Registration Details & Guidelines
Minimum Enrollment: A minimum of 15 students must be registered for a Before-Care or After-Care program at a specific site for that program to operate.
Staffing Ratios: Programs maintain an expected staff-to-student ratio of 1:15 (e.g., 2 staff members per 30 students). Class sizes will be determined based on available staff and total registered students.
Waitlists: Registration does not guarantee immediate placement. If a site reaches capacity or cannot accommodate additional students due to staffing limits, students will be placed on a waitlist.
How to Register
Families can review complete program policies, financial terms, and behavioral expectations in the Parent Handbook on the district website.
