Bus 629 Update:

Bus 629 will be on a 1-Hour Delay for the AM/PM routes for the remainder of the week. Bus 485 will be picking up Bus 629 students once Bus 485 drops off students at school.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Bus 629 will not be running tomorrow Monday March 23rd. I apologize for the inconvenience. Please have alternate transportation arranged for Monday, March 23rd.

We currently have a surplus of 2018 and 2019 yearbooks. If you are interested in getting one, please come by the school and pick yours up today. You have until next Friday to do so!

New Driver's Ed Classes

UPDATE: Inclement Weather Announcement Due to changing storm timing and increasing severity in the forecast for our area, all schools will be CLOSED for students and staff on Monday, March 16. The safety of our students and staff is our top priority. This decision helps ensure our campuses remain clear and that students and staff are safely at home. This closure announcement reflects the most current update from WCPS.

Bag Policy Update

Attention students: Beginning Monday, bookbags, gym bags, and oversized bags are not allowed during the school day. All bags must remain in your locker or another designated area before the start of the school day. Lockers will be provided for FREE for the remainder of the year. For spring athletes, sports equipment must be left with your head coach. Your head coach will determine where you can store your sports equipment.

Students who have PE or Weightlifting should bring their gym clothes in a small plastic bag only. Gym bags will not be permitted during the school day.

This measure is being put in place for safety reasons. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to maintain a safe learning environment for everyone here at Eastern Wayne High School.
