Congratulations to the men's golf team for their 2nd place finish in yesterday's golf match. Caden Paugh and Maddux Gray received all conference awards for finishing the season in the top 10, from a field of 50 golfers.

CBA Golden Falcon Men's Tennis Team was victorious once more with a 6-3 resolute on Tuesday afternoon at Wilson Fike thus cementing them as the 1st Place Conference Champs. With the long, grueling victory, the Golden Falcons stay golden at 12-0(conf.) and 15-0(overall) and are still currently ranked #3 in the latest state 5A polls(behind 1-W. Alamance and 2-Hickory).
This was Fike's Senior Day that lasted around 4 hrs. of numerous tiebreakers and 3rd set matches.
Furthermore, our #1 player, Nathan Call, grinded out another tough 3-set victory(also won in 3-sets at CBA) earning him Conference Player of the Year while 3 other players on our team will be selected as All-Conference Members.
Finally, our #4 player, Drew Huff, played at not 100% with a bruised leg, a testament to his intestinal fortitude, a true warrior on the court and soccer field and our lone senior displaying great leadership! As you can see from results below, this was truly a team effort earned with sweat, cramps, injuries, tiebreakers, etc.

The Golden Falcons Men's Tennis Team were victorious again with a 9-0 conference match win at Rocky Mt. HS on Monday afternoon. CBA now improves its record to 10-0(1st place in conf.) and 12-0(overall) and currently is ranked #3 in the 5A Men's Tennis team standings in NC behind Western Alamance(#1) and Hickory(#2).

The team returns to action today with another conference match at home vs. N. Nash. Match start time is at 3:30.

#4 state-ranked CBA defeated #5 ranked Fike 6-3 Thursday afternoon at the Luke Vail Tennis Courts. The victory propels the Golden Falcons to 11-0(overall) and
9-0(secured 1st place in conf. with win). In addition, the team now has 93 individual match wins and only 3 losses!

The men’s golf team came in second place on Wednesday at their conference match. The team was just one stroke shy of first place. This brings the teams conference standing to being tied for first place.!

Caden Paugh was match medalist with a 18 hole score of 76.

Today's Tennis match at home vs No Nash has be moved to Tuesday, March 31 at home starting at 3:30pm.

9th-11th grade students... please return your yellow registration forms and any additional permission forms with a parent signature to your HR teacher. Failure to return your registration forms will result in your elective courses being dropped from your schedule next year.

If you took the ASVAB last week, Lieutenant Colonel Goddard has your results in Room 419, please stop by to get your score. Lieutenant Colonel Goddard can explain how to interpret your score. Your guidance counselor also has a copy of your ASVAB results

Falcons, do you want to make a difference? The Falcon Club is taking donations for our deployed troops. A list of needed supplies are posted around the school. There will be a large box in the front lobby that you can put your donations in. Donations will be collected until Spring Break. Falcons for freedom!

CBA Men's Tennis team won 9-0 Monday afternoon at So. Nash. The Golden Falcons were challenged at #'s 4-6 singles but prevailed then dominated doubles play.
Aycock's record is now 8-0(conf.), 10-0(overall) with an impressive 87 individual match victories and 0 losses.
We return to action at home vs. N. Nash on Wed. It was a great day for CBA! Thanks to everyone for their continued support!

The Men’s golf team placed 2nd in their non conference match on Monday. Caden Paugh was 1st place medalist with a 9 hole score of 39. Maddux Gray tied for 3rd place with a 9 hole score of 41.

Congratulations to the CBA Golden Falcon Men's and Women's Track and Field teams for their win at Rosewood HS last week. Both team took first place overall with a score of 115 for the Men's team and 106 for the Women's Team.

The Golden Falcon Men's Tennis team defeated conference opponent, Hunt, 9-0 Wednesday afternoon at the Luke Vail Tennis Courts.
The Golden Falcons improved to 5-0(conf.) and 7-0(overall). The team is currently ranked #4 in latest NC HS Tennis Coaches Assoc. State 5A Poll.

They continue conference play today, Thursday March 19, with a doubleheader at home vs. S. Wayne starting at 3:30.

The Golden Falcon men’s golf team placed first at their match on Wednesday, March 18 at our conference event held at the So. Wayne County Club. The boys have improved week by week and braved the cold for a team score of 315.

Maddux Gray was match medalist with a low score of 69, this was 3 under par.
Caden Paugh finished in the top 10 with a score of 78.

The Golden Falcons Women's Soccer team defeated conf. opponent, Rocky Mount, 9-0 Wednesday afternoon. The Golden Falcons improved to a record of 1-1(conf.) and 3-2(overall).
The team is currently ranked #4 in the Big East 5A/6A conference. They will next take the pitch on Friday, March 20 at Rosewood High School. Game will start at 6:00pm.
