We wanted to share a fun math connection —it’s Pythagorean Triple Day!
Here’s why:
The date is 9/16/25.
This lines up with the Pythagorean triple (3, 4, 5). If you do not know, the Pythagorean Theorem is a mathematical theorem that works in right triangles that says if you add the square of both legs, you will get the square of the hypotenuse.
So 9/16/25 is a date that “fits” the Pythagorean theorem, making it a day worth a little extra celebration for us math lovers! 🎉📐
Math is everywhere—even in our calendar!
