We have a few reminders for the upcoming week at NEE.
Bus 103 will be running am and pm starting tomorrow, October 2nd. Please allow the driver a little more time in the morning and the afternoon to arrive to your child's stop. She needs time to get use to the bus route.
Don't forge that tomorrow, October 2nd, we will be having our Volunteer Orientation for the school. The orientation will start at 3:30. Please remember that you will have to do the volunteer orientation if you would like to volunteer in the school or to chaperone on a field trip.
The last reminder is for our Kindergarten parents. Our Kindergarten students will be going on their field trip to the Wayne County Fair on Thursday, October 5th.

WCPS closed out its School Bus Driver Appreciation Luncheon by announcing its new 30 step salary scale for school bus drivers beginning July 1. The new starting salary is $16.17 per hour with drivers receiving annual pay increases. The district also presented a $500 appreciation bonus to bus drivers for their efforts to pick up extra routes and responsibilities this year due to driver vacancies. Thank you again for all that you do!!
