It's time to confirm your legal name as it will appear on your diploma! You will receive a form today that must be signed by you and your parent. Please return completed forms to the front office no later than Dec. 18th. Contact your school counselor if you have any questions.


Bus 610 is running approximately 10-15 minutes later than usual this morning, Monday, Dec 2nd.

This is a friendly reminder that bus 619 will not run Tuesday, Nov 26th morning or afternoon.
Also, bus 618 will be approximately 30 minutes late tomorrow morning , Tuesday, Nov 26th

On Monday, Nov. 25 and Tuesday, Nov. 26 we will be running a Flex Homeroom Schedule. Several important school wide events will be taking place those 2 days, and it is critical that ALL student, grades 9-12 be in school so these items can be completed before we all leave for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Bus 619 will NOT run Wed, November 20th. Regular routes should resume for Thursday and Friday.

Bus 619 will not run 11/18 and 11/19. Bus 610 will not run 11/18. These are morning and afternoon routes.

Vision screenings for all 9th graders will take place on Monday, Nov. 25th during our Flex HR. All 9th graders will have their vision screened by our school nurse. We ask that if you wear glasses or contacts, please be sure to have them on/with you on this screening day. Any questions, please reach out to the school.


Congratulations go out to our Golden Falcon's Men's Soccer team for their hard fought 2-1 victory over Triton HS last night. With this win, the Golden Falcons advance to the 3rd round of the NCHSAA State playoffs. Their next game will be Thursday night at 6:30pm at home. vs Southern School of Energy and Sustainability. Tickets will be available through Gofan.co. No passes will be accepted for admission.

A shout out to our CBA Men's Soccer Team for a first round state playoff victory Friday evening over Union Pines. Our young men won 3-1 and moved on to the 2nd round this evening vs Triton. Come out and support them on their quest to make it to the 3rd round. Full concessions will be served.

The first round of the NCHSAA State 3A Men's Soccer tournament will begin for our Golden Falcons tomorrow, Nov. 8 when they will host Union Pines HS. Game time starts at 6:30pm. Looks to be a great night for soccer, and some yummy concession stand food so come out and cheer our Golden Falcon Men's Soccer Team on to Victory!!


We are looking for Young, Enterprising Women who are interested in pursuing a career in a STEM related field. This opportunity is open to all female students grades 9-12, but our spots are limited. Bus 618 will not run Wed-Fri this week (Nov 6-8).

The Golden Falcon Marching Band wrapped up their competition season with their best performance yet. They were in a very competitive 4A division this past weekend and took home 3rd place overall!
